I’ve been hard at work, quietly building the dream of my life. Playground is a fitness platform that invites everybody, and every body, to find freedom in movement. #PlayWithYourself in our Digital Studio with four practice formats, an on-demand video library, livestream practices, in-person events, and more.

Entrusting me with the stewardship of your body is the joy and privilege of my life. I never ever take it for granted, and carry into this next chapter an even deeper commitment to moving with purpose.

Anyone who knows the San Miguels knows that our values of teamwork and resourcefulness inform everything we do. My equipo has offered me guidance, encouragement, and resolve when my path was unclear. Thank you for believing in me beyond measure (and for letting me build a production studio in our attic.)

And to Sass — thank you for being an immediate Yes and for the countless hours we spent co-creating the World of Play. You are a consummate artist and inspire me to build a better, braver, more beautiful world.
