THE YEAR OF PLAY

Here’s what I dream of for The Year of Play.

• I dream of mornings spent in nightclubs.

• I dream of seeing someone wear our Playmate Cropped Crewneck out in the wild.

• I dream of developing my own party series called Playpen.

• I dream of making new friends during an in-person event, only to turn around and go out with them that night to dance.

• I dream of touching a thousand people with the gift of Play.

• I dream of going on tour across the country.

• I dream of teaching Playground practices at an international music festival.

• I dream of building my own production studio in Chicago, the birthplace of house music, and living there full-time.

• I dream of broken resistance bands, sweaty dance floors, and the magical moments where someone breaks out of their shell and moves their body freely.

• I dream of doing this full-time.

I could go on and on about all of the things I wish for during our first year. 2024 is dubbed The Year of Play; I’m going after it with all I’ve got. Thank you for believing in me and for seeing yourself in the World of Play.
